what line is that? I’m on the Chiyoda and its stuffed. I used to live on the Odakyu, and it was worse. But that is the worst I have ever seen. yikes.
apparently this is at Shyakuji Koen station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line (this lines runs from Ikebukuro out to, and past, Tokorozawa).
