What is a worship “team”?
ワーシップチームとは？
A worship team is a group of people who plan, lead, and evaluate your worship. Using a team to plan and lead worship shares the responsibility among variously gifted servant leaders and avoids the dangers of making your church a one-man show or being monopolized by a small group. It brings a balanced perspective and adds creativity to your worship services.
